Policies

In the event that you need to return any products, you will have (15) days to contact ILA for a Return Merchandise Approval Number (RMA #).  Returns are only accepted with RMA # from an ILA representative.  Product must be unopened, undamaged, in its original package, and delivered back to ILA with approved RMA#.

  Shipping Policy:

 For all shipments in the Continental United States product will be shipped via common carriers (LTL).  Products are not currently available outside the USA.  If you are interested in products and you are outside the USA, please contact: lasales@ilacorp.com
